Video: Marylanders emotional over Electoral College vote

In Maryland, the Electoral College vote was far less dramatic than in other parts of the country, but the State House saw its share of emotion and passion over the vote. Maryland’s electors were unanimous for Clinton. The state’s vote was largely ceremonial until Democratic state Delegate Maggie McIntosh stepped up to the podium.
