NYC Subway Derailment Leads to Suspensions

According to reports, two supervisors have been suspended following a New York City subway train derailment Tuesday morning that injured nearly three dozen people. The suspensions were issued after a probe revealed that the incident was because of a human error, not a track defect. MTA spokesman Kevin Ortiz said Wednesday that the punished supervisors were responsible for oversight of work being done on the tracks.
