Mick Mulvaney’s Actions Against CFPB Regulations Dovetail With Financial Institution Contributions

TYT Contributor David Sirota discusses Mick Mulvaney’s actions while he was a congressman. Mulvaney was virulently against CFPB regulation over financial institutions—something which is problematic enough now that Donald Trump has appointed him to head the consumer protection agency—but Sirota also found that Mulvaney’s communications stating his stance against various regulations the CFPB was involved with in the past are closely timed to campaign contributions he received from the payday lending industry.
