John Robert’s says that his healthcare ruling is not based on law, but is based on politics. Well I myself find that very hard to believe especially since ObamaCare is not even constitutional not to mention that the ObamaCare Tax is the “largest tax in America’s history” according to Belligerent Politics.
John Roberts’s Healthcare Ruling Is Based on Law, Not Politics
“Outrage that Chief Justice John Roberts betrayed conservatives by finding the healthcare law constitutional is misplaced.U.S. News & World Report (blog)”
Not only is the ObamaCare Tax the “largest tax in America’s history” but besides the money cost will be the long term more serious effects as pointed out here on —–> The Whole Truth On ObamaCare
The worst part about it is you have a guy like this in the video below who doesn’t know any better and thinks it’s a good thing 🙁
Now the real question is should the states start to leave the Union and form an alliance since our Government is so out of control theses days?
Should States Leave the Union, Form An Alliance – Is The Federal Government Out of Control?
by Lance Winslow
Most people don’t realize this, but a number of states have about had it with the federal government. They are tired of being told what to do, and tired of having the federal government overstepping its boundaries and jurisdiction onto their states. Who can blame them, and worse the Supreme Court seems to be backing up the federal government’s move to control everything that happens in each and every state. Okay so let’s talk about this for second shall we?
You see, when the states decided to join the union, they did so for mutual benefit, but our federal government was set up in a way which gave the states more power, and demanded a weak federal system. Today that plan has been reversed, and although it took well over 150 years to get here, we have a problem brewing on our hands. Many states now want to leave the union, and they are looking for a legal way out, or an excuse.
Meanwhile, the feds after passing many onerous laws dictating how the states conduct their business, are now receiving waivers from the federal government for some of those rules and regulations, in essence the fed is bribing them to stay in the union. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be working very well, and I’d like to cite two examples which are most recent.
Supreme Court Cases such as:
1. The Upholding of ObamaCare
2. The Ruling on Arizona Law to Prevent Illegal Aliens
When the Supreme Court upheld ObamaCare, it wasn’t more than two days later that Florida said that it would not comply with those rules or that law in their state. Does that mean there will be another Supreme Court case coming forward? There might be, or will Florida receive a waiver from Washington DC, just like 17 states have for the No Child Left behind Law?
Then there was another interesting ruling on the Arizona Law regarding the stopping of suspected illegal aliens which were in Arizona after having broken into the country. The Arizona law was indeed similar, and many parts of it were word-for-word the same as the federal law, but the Supreme Court said that Arizona could not enforce that law in their state.
This is unfortunate because DC has not been doing enough to keep the illegal aliens out of the country, and therefore they’ve been coming through Arizona to break in. The reason we have a federal government in the first place is to pool the resources of the states together to protect the American citizens from enemies both foreign and domestic. It is amazing that the federal government is not doing its job, and refusing Arizona to do the job that they are doing.
Perhaps you could see why states would want to leave the union, and why some people believe Washington DC is out of control. Indeed I hope you will please consider this.
